At HomesRelief, every item is selected with care and attention to quality. We want you to feel confident when placing your order and comfortable knowing exactly how returns and refunds are handled should your purchase not meet your expectations.


Return Window

You may request a return within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging included

We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.


How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the designated return address.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping (Important)

  • All approved returns must be shipped back to our international fulfillment center in China.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, customs charges, and any related costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this when contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Funds are returned to the original payment method

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
