Homesrelief is a Ireland-based home decor brand dedicated to creating warm, stylish spaces with beautifully crafted pieces that combine comfort, character, and quality—helping every home feel personal, inviting, and effortlessly designed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. There are no minimums or hidden conditions, we simply believe delivery should be easy, transparent, and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped, so your order should arrive within 4–9 business days in total. Once your parcel leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Ireland. Our focus is on providing the best possible service and experience locally. If we expand to new regions, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Simply contact us at info@homesrelief.com, and our team will guide you through the easy return process. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all packaging included.
How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a few additional days to complete the transfer.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, absolutely. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different style or color, just email us at info@homesrelief.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding the perfect replacement.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If it’s been more than 7 business days since you placed your order, please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@homesrelief.com and we’ll investigate right away to get things sorted for you.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We’re so sorry if something arrives less than perfect. Please send us an email at info@homesrelief.com with a short description and a photo of the issue. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
